Greene County Career Academy Agricultural Information Technology Career Pathway

In the ever changing world of technology in the Agricultural field, students need to be well versed in the Information Technology that surrounds today’s Agricultural equipment and field studies. This pathway has been developed to prepare students for today’s agriculture industry, and to develop ways to use technology as a potential tool to improve decision making for the industry.

"If you know what career you want to go into, you can get a head start. Or, if you do not know, you can try a pathway out and rule it out if it is not interesting to you. I started my first year of college as a sophomore because of the career academy and online classes. They prepared me to know what college classes are and got me ready for that. It made me grow up and realize what adulthood is a little sooner. My internship prepared me for the workforce."
