Greene County High School

On Wednesday May 15, 2024 seven of our iJAG (Iowa Jobs for America's Graduate) students joined Vern Foje in planting flowers at Subway, Ole's, and the Recreation Center in Jefferson. Each year our iJAG students do 15 hours of community service to help benefit our community. This was a fun and nice way for the students to not only help out in the community but to gain simple life skills of gardening. Mr. Foje did a quick lesson on planting flowers as well as educating the students about the flowers we were planting.
