Greene County High School

Ms. Harris' agriculture enCore students grew hydroponic lettuce that they got to harvest and taste with Chef D in the Greene County Career Academy. Chef D taught them proper lettuce cleaning, handling, and storage. Students sampled the lettuce with homemade croutons and homemade Ranch dressing made by Mrs. Kennedy's class. Students also toured the Ram Restaurant and learned about class offerings in the Greene County High School culinary area.
