The Greene County Middle School bands will perform on Thursday, May 18th. The middle jazz band will perform at 6pm, the 6th grade band at 6:30pm, and 7/8 bands at 7pm. Jazz band will perform in the commons and the concert bands will be in the auditorium.

6th-8th Spring Choir Concert: Please join us on May 9, 2023, in the Greene County Middle School Auditorium, at 6:30 pm. Song sets will include Country, Rock, R&B, Broadway and Pop.
Sports 4/21/23:
HS Girls and Boys soccer vs Panorama at Grand Junction has been cancelled.
Girls golf at Southeast Valley has been cancelled.
MS Girls and Boys Track at Perry has been cancelled.
Greene County High School's grand march for the 2023 junior-senior prom will be Saturday, April 15 at 6:00 p.m. in the high school auditorium. The prom theme this year is A Trip to the Tropics. This event is free and open to the public, and all are welcome to attend. The doors to the high school will open at 5:30 p.m. Students participating in the grand march are encouraged to park in the north lot and all others in the south lot.
If you are unable to attend, the event will be live streamed on the GCCSD YouTube page (link below) and also on channel 22 and 422 for Jefferson Telecom TV service subscribers. The stream will be live beginning at 5:45 with the ceremony officially starting at 6:00.

Mr. Josh Carlson's eighth grade industrial technology enCore students left class today with the name plaques they created. They used AutoCAD to design their name plaque and then moved to the shop to use the scroll saw to cut and shape it. This was their final for this rotation, and as you can see by the picture, the students really enjoyed this project.
Reminder - Your last chance to see GCMS present Dorothy in Wonderland will be today, March 11th at 12:30.
Dorothy in Wonderland performances will be Friday, March 10th at 7:00 and Saturday, March 11th at 12:30.
There will be a 2-hour late start for Friday, March 10th with buses running hard surfaces only. There will be no morning Pre-School. Bus drivers will communicate with parents for the pick-up location for the morning.
Due to the continued hazardous driving conditions, Greene County Schools will be closed for Thursday, March 9th. There will be no preschool or activities today.
